CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, content that incites real-world violence against groups, and content designed to defraud, impersonate, or harass specific individuals.
Intellectual property
Don't use Mockingbird to copy trademarked logos, copyrighted characters, or a living artist's protected style in a way that would mislead consumers or infringe rights.
Political & electoral content
Content about real politicians or elections must be clearly labeled satire or commentary — not passed off as authentic media.
Platform abuse
Credit farming, automated scraping, reselling API access, and attempting to reverse-engineer our models are all prohibited.
Enforcement
Violations result in content removal and may lead to account suspension. Severe violations are reported to law enforcement as legally required.
