How do credits work?
Credits are used each time you generate content. Image generation uses 1-4 credits depending on resolution and quality mode. Video generation uses 10-20 credits. Your credit balance resets monthly based on your plan, and unused credits roll over (up to 2x your monthly allowance).
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference and receive additional credits immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I run out of credits?
When your credits reach zero, you can either wait for your monthly refresh (for paid plans) or purchase a one-time top-up pack. Top-up credits never expire and stack with your subscription credits.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes! Unused credits roll over to the next month, up to 2x your monthly allowance. For example, if you have 500 credits/month and only use 300, you'll have 700 credits next month (capped at 1,000).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available in supported regions.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan gives you 50 credits to try our AI tools with no credit card required. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime to unlock more features and credits.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied, contact support@mockingbirdai.app within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Credit top-ups are refundable if unused.
What's included in commercial rights?
All generations come with full commercial rights. You can use your creations for products, marketing, client work, print-on-demand, and any commercial purpose without additional licensing fees.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes! Our Team plan supports up to 5 seats with shared credits. For larger teams or custom requirements, our Enterprise plan offers unlimited seats, dedicated support, and custom integrations. Contact sales@mockingbirdai.app for details.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. You receive 2 bonus months of credits upfront. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
